Dear Mr. Jones,

I am writing this letter to you, because I had a great problem. I need to use the accident insurance, because I have a problem with my car, a white Nissan Primera GX-1. In October 31, I went to a Halloween party with my friends driving my precious car. But when we stopped front of a semaphore, an imprudent biker drove so fast that we couldn’t saw him. He also didn’t wear colorful clothes and lights. The problem is that he crashed the driver’s door. The glass also was broken. What I need, is to repair my car’s door. So I want to use the secure service that you offered to me when I signed the contract. I need to repair my car soon, because in a month my family will travel to San Alfonso. It could be dangerous, because I can’t lock the broken door and somebody can steal something from my car. I hope that I can get these things fixed, because I’m signed in this company, because I trust in you.
